I’m Victor. I’m 20, and I’ve loved tech for as long as I can remember. I didn’t come from tech the usual way, I taught myself to build by shipping. Under my studio, Ivryn, I’ve put real apps into the App Store and Play Store: Reef, a calm world for building habits, and Flare, a radar that hunts abnormally cheap flights.
Building solo taught me one thing the hard way: the right people change everything. The biggest leaps never came from a course, they came from being around other obsessed builders who were shipping too.
So Crucible is the house I wish I’d had. Six builders, one city, the whole month of August. No curriculum, no schedule, just proximity, ambition, and the pressure to forge something real.
We start in Bali, a city already full of people who left the default path to build. Then the house moves. Every cohort adds people to the network. Every city raises the temperature.
Crucible isn’t an accelerator. It’s a crucible, where builders, and the things they ship, get forged.
